Welcome to Sunilam WaterCare. By booking any water purifier service through our platform (service.sunilamgroup.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Independent Service Aggregator
Sunilam WaterCare operates as an independent service and maintenance aggregator for multi-brand water purifiers (RO systems). We provide professional technician routing and maintenance support. We are not tied up as an exclusive authorized service center for any specific water purifier manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
2. Service, Pricing & Offers
Transparent Pricing:
All service charges, spare part costs, and maintenance fees will be communicated transparently by our technicians prior to starting any actual repair or maintenance work.
Universal Offer & Discount Clause:
All promotional offers, seasonal discounts, gift schemes, or promotional pricing displayed on the platform are subject to periodic changes, modifications, or withdrawal by Sunilam WaterCare at any time without prior notice. The applicability, percentage, and terms of any active discount/offer will be determined solely by the company’s prevailing policies at the time of service booking.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are requested to provide accurate address details, valid contact numbers, and ensure safe, unrestricted physical access to the water purifier unit for our visiting technicians.
The customer or an authorized adult must be present at the service location during the entire duration of the repair or maintenance work.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sunilam WaterCare shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damages, major electronic component failures due to internal wear and tear, or unforeseen system breakdowns occurring during or after the servicing, beyond the standard repair warranty provided for specific replaced parts.
