Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your service booking at any time prior to the technician’s arrival at your premises without any cancellation charges.

If you wish to reschedule, please inform us or the assigned technician as early as possible.

Service Warranty & Refunds
Service Guarantee: We offer a limited service warranty on specific repairs and spare parts replaced by our technicians, as mentioned in your final invoice.

Refunds: In case of any dispute regarding service quality or overcharging, issues will be reviewed individually. If a refund or partial adjustment is deemed valid by our management team, it will be processed within 5-7 working days.
