Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation:
Customers can cancel their service booking free of charge anytime before the technician departs for the location.

2. Visiting Charges:
Once the technician arrives at the customer’s doorstep, a standard visiting charge of ₹350 is mandatory if no repair service is availed.

3. Emergency Fee Policy:
The ₹250 Emergency Convenience Fee (applicable for all visits after 07:00 PM) is strictly non-refundable. This fee is charged for the immediate mobilization of resources during late hours and will not be adjusted, waived, or refunded under any circumstances, including service cancellation at the doorstep or high service bills.

4. Refund Processing:
In case of any excess payment for spare parts that were not installed, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment mode.
