Independent Status:
Sunilam WaterCare operates as an independent third-party aggregator. We use original or high-quality compatible spare parts for RO repairs.

Service Warranty:
We offer a 30-day warranty on the labor/service provided. Warranty on spare parts is as per the manufacturer’s policy.

Emergency Service:
After-hours service (Post 7 PM) is subject to technician availability in specific zones of Navi Mumbai.

Payment Terms:
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, UPI (GPay/PhonePe), and Online Transfers.

Liability:
Sunilam WaterCare and its partners are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues arising from unauthorized tampering with the RO unit prior to our visit.
